Holiday Cottage No.10 “Mum’s Place”
Welcome to Mum’s Place – a characterful cottage, situated in an ideal, peaceful location near Chesil Beach. We are one of the very few holiday cottages in Fortuneswell that offer a driveway/on-site parking for up to 3 cars.
PLEASE NOTE: THIS PROPERTY IS NOT SUITABLE FOR EV CHARGING AND IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. The domestic electrical system will not tolerate the charging of EV.

Downstairs:
-Entrance hallway
-Living/Dining room with log burner – wood provided free of charge. The dining table is extendable.
-Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances. Tea, coffee and sugar provided, as well as tea towels.
– Bathroom – separate shower and bath, wc and sink. Towels provided. Please note that this is the only bathroom in the property.
First Floor:
– Twin bedroom (wardrobe, chest of drawers)
– Spacious double bedroom with plenty of storage (dressing table, wardrobe and chest of drawers)
Second Floor:
-Twin bedroom
-Double bedroom
Outside and other amenities:
– Bbq and utensils
– Outdoor dining
– Rear courtyard with washing line.
